Pokemon should be in the 50's for the E4 so ya you need to level up a lot. Just make sure that you have a strong electric, fire, ice, and psychic pokemon and you'll do fine.

Very very imbalanced team. Given the difficulty of the E4, I daresay your overlevelled Rayquaza will be able to defeat them by itself, with Swampert being just a backup. The other 4 Pokemon are useless, given their levels. Even my underlevelled team (I chose Sceptile, and the whole team of four battling Pokemon was below level 50) used over 30 Full Restores and Revives each to defeat the E4, and I took like 50 minutes...

I should say that Rayquaza doesn't work out easily at the Elite 4. Glacia's ice guys, Drake's dragons, and some of Wallace's ice attacks could knock down Rayquaza. If that happens, your Swampert might not have a good chance even if you are fighting Wallace. So, yeah, you should start doing a lot of training.

That, or give your Rayquaza at least a decent moveset. I mean, Fly?

Any level 100 can kill the E4. And why should he use such an uber?

An uber is a really overly powered pokemon (usually a legendary). Some people like using them but I personally don't.

Wow, what a horrible team! You have 2 good mons in it. It's obviously good enough with a lv. 57 swampert and lv. 72 rayquaza.

Yeah, I personally is not a big fan of legendaries. Despite the fact that they have good stats, they learn attacks really slow like in the late level 70's.

I heard they changed the elite four in Emerald because in R/S, Blaziken had quite an advantage over a large number of the pokemon able to solo them. But I'm not sure if this is true or not.
But a fighting pokemon with a good fighting attack, like Blaziken would be able to take care of the 1st(Dark) and 3rd(Ice) no problem.
Someone who knows a good ice attack like ice beam can take out the 4th guy(Dragon).
Dark Pokemon or one that knows a dark attack like crunch would be good for the 2nd one (Ghost).
The last guy has a large array of different types, I don't know if they are different between R/S and emerald, but in emerald, he has 4 water pokemon, so an electric type with thunderbolt would be good there. The other two don't really have weaknesses I don't think, so just 2 other strong pokemon
So a good Fighting, Ice(Attack), Dark(Attack), Electric, and 2 others should take care of you.
IMO, ALL the pokemon should be AT LEAST in the high 40's. At this point, it will be hard and it will take a long time, but it should be doable to defeat the elite 4. Don't forget to bring revives, full heals(I like lava cookies better, but it takes sooo long to buy them in bulk), and some potions.
