Yeah, he's quite cool, he's like the only guy in the game that has a Steel-themed team. I too wish you could battle him more than once, but I guess Nintendo doesn't want that because then everyone would use him as training feed.

Steven's pretty cool on how he looks when your battling him, he has good battle music in R/S when your facing him in the E4.

Steven is weak I find in R/S after the 2nd time around. The first time he kinda gives me trouble but I still manage to win. In E, I found him but never got around to him. I hear he's decent but I got a team of 100's so I'm sure I could beat him :cool: .
