But I'll help. Bagon is deep in Meteor falls, and Chimecho is in the grass at Mt. Pyre's Summit, I believe.

Yes thats the correct places but the topic isnt in the correct location. This should have been in the Pokemon R/S/E section.

Bagon is deep in Meteor Falls. You need Waterfall. Then go through some caverns, Surf to yet another cavern, and at the end there is a Dragon Claw TM. On that very spot the TM was found, is the only spot you find wild Bagon in. Cool huh? I suggest Sweet Scent.

Well, they are what I would call the rarest.
Bagon-Meteor Falls
Chimecho-Mt.Pyre

You catch Bagon in Meteor Falls. Chimeco in the grass on top of Mount Pyre.
