Emerald Clone Glitch-HELP!

I forgot how to do the clone glitch in Emerald Version, can somebody please remind me what it was.

Ya well there is a glitch and all I remember is that you have to do it in the battle tower and go the pc and deposit the pokemon in a different box and then save and after take the pokemon out and talk to the lady but i fogot what to choose and then shut it off.

1. Save in front of the PC in the Battle Tower.
2. Deposit the pokemon you want to clone in an empty box.
3. Leave the PC and save again.
4. Go to the PC one more time and withdraw the pokemon you want to clone, the one that's in an empty box.
5. Talk to the lady on the far right, and she will ask you to join a Multi Battle.
6. Select Yes and choose any two pokemon.
7. When she asks if you want to save, select Yes.
8. If everything so far has been done correctly, the game will wait about one second before doing anything else.
9. It doesnt matter what you do from there, the One Second wait was the glitch taking place.
10. Turn off your game, and now the cloned pokemon is both in the PC and in your party.

Yeah, but there have been reports of Pokémon getting deleted after cloning. Be wary... o.o

I think so only if the pokemons holding the item. Im not sure though...I've never actually thought about that or tried it.

It's possible to delete your pokemon through cloning but don't worry. I've done it a lot and nothing bad has happened to me.

You can clone your items in a much faster way. The method is the same as what Lucavi said, except that you turn on PC, click Move Items. Then attach items to any Pokemon, there's no limit to the number of items you can attach. Then turn off PC, and save. Then go to Move Items again and remove all the items. Then talk to the lady and soft reset. The items will be both in your bag and the PC, attached to the Pokemon. I've done this tons of times, very useful for cloning TMs, Rare Candies, Masterballs... anything.
