All data stemed from here: http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/showthread.php?p=360636

This .zip contains:

343.txt: item descriptions
344.txt: item names
382.txt: location names
362.txt: PokÚmon names
552.txt: ability names
554.txt: ability descriptions
587.txt: move descriptions
588.txt: move names
615.txt: PokÚdex entries for Diamond
616.txt: PokÚdex entries for Pearl
621.txt: species names

abilities.doc (table version of 552.txt and 554.txt)
attacks.doc (table version of 587.txt and 588.txt)
dex.doc (table version of 362.txt, 615.txt, 616, and 621.txt)
items.doc (table version of 343.txt and 344.txt)

All files have entries in numerical order of the respective indices. Enjoy.

A note about encoding: all text is in UTF-8. The game uses smart quotes so the extracted texts also use smart quotes. \n represents a line break. These are not present in the word documents, and have been replaced by a space. In retrospect, that was most likely a bad idea. Oh well.

Original text files provided by Zhen Lin of Bulbagarden
Word Documents provided by Paperfairy of.... a whole lotta forums.

Wow, you're a flipping idiot; Serebii doesn't provide people with direct text dumps, kthxbai.

Help. It won't let me download it, says I have to 'register' with that forum. Give me the download address so I don't have to register! Thanks.

One more day officially for Diamond and Pearl game!

We have Serebii.net for that.

If you print on Serebii, you have to do it in color, and it takes a while.
This is definately useful for printing purposes.
