Beautifly is Bug/Flying. That means it didges Ground and falls to Electric and Ice. It's highest stat is it's Sp. Atk.
Dustox is Bug/Poison, so it takes Ice and Electric normal, but Ground is life-threatening. It's highest stat is Sp. Def.
I won't make the choice for you, but I'll say 3 things:
1. Heracross is worlds better
2. D/P has a few new Bug moves, so you should wait
3. Did I mention how much better Heracross is?

Was I talking about Hericross? (Don't know how to spell today) Anyway I didn't get to the safari zone yet. Sorry if you think I was rude.

It depends on what you want to do. It looks like Dustox has a better sp. def. while Beautifly is more of a special attacker. You should make the decision on what you want for your team.

I'll have Dustox. I already have a grass pokemon in my team. Someone can lock this now.

Yes, Dustox is better because it can learn Psychic attacks.!

I don't think there is a way to tell. It's more of an opinion.
