Ash and Grassies

Have you all noticed a recent pattern? In Kanto, Ash of course got Pikachu, but later got all 3 starters. In Johto, he got the 3 new starters from Johto. However, the pattern comes in Hoenn. There he gets a treecko, while Brock and May get the other 2 starters. In Sinnoh, we know by now Ash gets a Turtwig. This time fire and water is switched between the girl and Brock, but Ash has gotten 2 grass starters in a row now. Funny, eh?

What is funny is that in all of the seasons he used his Grass type the most other than Pikachu.

Actualley, he used his fire-types(Charizard, Cyndaquil, and Torkoal) more, but you do have a point there.

Ash getting two Grass starters does not constitute to a patern.

And Ash's region team follows this cookie-cutter format:

Uberchu
Generic Grass type for the region
Generic Fire type for the region
Generic land-capable Water type for the region
Generic Flying type for the region
Random type

Well, Ash is suppose to stand for the 'everyday' trainer that people play in the game, and nearly everyone gets a bird type early on :)

I think that Ash should have ALL OF THE STARTER POKEMONS....its a bit weird..cuz i think that at first, the creator wanted Ash to have all of the starters...but then somehow ...he/she change his/her mind and made Ash with All the grass starters...maybe its cuz all of the starter pokemon now: treecko, turtwig, are the strongest in those free!
