I need some help with my team for the open lvl Battle tower
Im gonna start again with these 3, also i'm gonna ev train
T-Tar@Choice Band
Adament nature
252 Atk, 252 spd
Earthquake
Rock slide
Arial ace
Brick break or Crunch(this I would use lonely nature for)
Alakazam@Shell Bell/ Leftovers
Modest
252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd
Psychic
Fire Punch
Thunder Punch
Ice Punch
Not sure which punch to get rid of for calm mind but Psy and probably Fire are needed for TTar back up
Salamence@ not sure yet
Lonely
252 Atk, 252 spd
Rock slide
Earthquake
Brick Break
Dragon claw
This would be my problem, not sure what moves to use or EV's or Item. Need Brick Break for Dark counter, Dragon claw for anything that doesnt get dead
Rock slide and EQ are just to hlep out Alakazam but those types shouldnt get past T-Tar in the first place.

Your team is overall quite good, you know what you're doing. But your Alakazam is a bit off. It has four offensive moves, and you forgot about a very important move: Calm Mind. You get more sweeping options with an Alakazam with Calm Mind. You don't need so many punches, so I suggest you remove Ice and Thunder Punch, they're not needed. Replace them with Calm Mind and Recover (to make up for Alakazam's horrid defence, in case it survives one hit). Use Leftovers.

Ok, I knew about calm mind but wasnt sure wat to get rid of.
Also, what should I do with salamence, should I get rid of Brick Break for DD or somthing else
Should I use Brick Break Or Crunch on T-Tar
I personally wouldn't use Recover on an Alakazam. Recover is best used on a Pokemon that can't be 2HKOed by most attacks. This is definately not Alakazam. Alakazam is better off knowing Thunder Punch over Recover though I do agree with mootixguy on replacing Ice Punch with Calm Mind.

If you are going to use your Choice Band on your TTar then I would make your Salamence have this set:
Salamence @ Leftovers
-Dragon Dance
-Aerial Ace / HP Flying
-Earthquake
-Rockslide
Pretty standard DDmence. Need Dragon Dance to be passed on from Altaria as an egg move. If you haven't started over or don't mind starting over then this would be your best route. After a Dragon Dance you should be able to sweep very well. Make it's nature Adamant or Jolly. I'd go with Adamant.

I'd go with crunch. You get STAB and it can take care of fighting types.

Isnt Dark not very effective agianst fighting, that and ive got AA

If it's a Choicebander then definately go with Brick Break. Crunch won't get any boost from the Choice Band and STABed + Choicebanded Rock Slide should OHKO most Psychics anyways.

Anyway shouldn't the Palace teams be around the same as your normal teams? The only thing you need to change is Natures, which means you need to do quite some breeding first.
