I'm watching an episode right now and my bro and I got a kick out of Brocks new voice. I kinda like it. What do you people think of it?

THe 'new' voices' you may hear have been around since Pokemon moved to Cartoon Network last year, and another company took over the rights to Pokemon. I'm not pleased with the frog like voice Ash has and the ritalin reaction when he wins. But seeing Dawn and hearing her voice gives me great reason to watch Pokemon again. I also like the scenes I've been watching, though it's all in Japanese.

Yeah I agree, I was expecting Dawn's voice to be a disappointment (like the new opening which is :oops: ) but it's actually alright. Brock's new voice isn't really bad at all, though there are moments where I miss good old Eric doing the voice.

I miss the old voices! Dawn's is pretty cool but i hate everyone elses!

I don't mind the new voices, it just weirded me out when Pokemon switched over to CN and they changed the voices. Now I'm better though, and Dawn's voice is pretty cool. However, some of the minor character voices just plain annoy me (The little girl from Time Travel Heals All Wounds uis a very good example.)

Well I haven't seen pokemon since it moved from kids WB, except for the one D/P episode and the Deoxys ranger episode, so I'm not used to the new voices:tongue: Dawn voice a bit too squeaky, and the dress is WAY too pink:dazed:

There's hardly any. Its only a dress that an anime girl wears.

I seriously dont care about the voices. Things like that happen. Especially if Ash is supposed to have a deeper voice as a Teenager. Dont want a squeaky voice like Dawn but whatever. There's going to maybe be more changes than the voices and how the anime looks now from then and such.

I like it a lot, and I don't care if it's pink. Dawn looks terrific in it and she'll be bringing a lot of fans back to watching Pokemon in that outfit!:happy: I can't get my mind off it sometimes.:redface:

I know, and it's the greatest outfit for one to see if they're that lucky!:happy: Dawn is going to bring a lot of fans back to the show.:wink:

I miss Eric too... :sad:

I was expecting Dawn's voice to be good. The anime heard my wish and now, I'm happy :smile:

Although her voice makes her sound like she should be named Taylor... But that's just me.

I'm eagerly awaiting the new season :hungry: Dawn is probably my favorite of all the female characters so far... maybe it's her fasion :ermm:

I love the new season. And the new theme totally ROCKS!! :happy: I don't get why everyone is saying that the opening is bad or that they hate the new voices. It's all just incredible! Pokemon has been doing a good job since it began! :biggrin: And every season to me has been better and better. The only part I DON'T like is Misty, May and Max leaving the cast. :dazed:

The ending theme in Japanese is exciting for they have go, step, and jump. You need to see it for yourself. The ending here sours me because it's a big blank screen with credits, a rap song, and some blowhard talking over the song about Ben 10 or some other movie/cartoon/whatever. The advertisement on CN is getting terrible when you can't even see the end credits of a show!

I got nothing against the voice of Dawn, but Ash sounds like he's on ritalin and talks like a frog! Brock sounds weird. The beloved JEnny and Joy sound TERRIBLE!
I liked Kanto/Johto/Hoenn, not fond of Battle Frontier due to new voices (but they did have a couple of funny ones on), and I look forward to Sinnou.

Your talking to someone who hadn't seen pokemon since it moved from WB. I wonder why I was surprized by them. I was lucky to see that episode.
