BK, we already told you, the only way you're going to get better is to take critisicm. Saying this, only two of the sprites are semi-normal sized. The others are practicly item-sized. Try to make them roughly the same size. Also, use duller colors, more realistic.

Normal scratches should take 1-3 hours+. No wonder why they aren't too good. You need more effort.

It takes 40 minutes to do ONE scratch, and even then it usualley isn't of the best quality.. PLEASE follow our advice. No offense or anything, but you need to slow down and take your time.

Well maybe if you actually bothered to take some time on them instead of rushing them, it might look better.

People are ignoring the bolded areas because we told you before if you can't take crit, then get the fudge out. honestly, these really aren't good. Never use default colors, learn how to do better outlines, and properly size the sprites. I can't even see some of them because they're so small.

Dude don't take as a contest for like who is the fastest. If you take the time to do your work maybe it will look better. No one will like people to rush. It will come out bad. And it's okay to P.M. someone for help. Ask people who are good at it.

I don't see why we can't crit, you won't get any better if we don't. So I'll say there pretty small. Just to help you out.

This ones png but it's small this is a Pre-Evo of my Next Steel/Dark poke http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w172/Ace327/Tutorial.png <- it's name is Shiniku

Edit: still working on the outline tutorial ( you need to use a really dark but not black color for the dark chunk of the poke like when you make the colors make a really really dark version of said color.

Well since you're taking crit on shading:
For the first evolution line:
The shading needs a source of light. Yours is just wavy stripes. Stripes aren't shading. Shading shows the shape of the pokemon; whether it's round or flat, etc. Have the darkest on the bottom, lighter on top. You need a better light source.
For both:
The darkest shade is too dark. You can't abruptly change the shade from light green/purple to really dark green/purple or it won't look good.
Fisad to Fisash:
You just added a rainbow to Fisad to get Fisash. Just adding parts doesn't make a proper evolution.

Tell me when you're gonna take crit on the outline, etc.
