Sorry, but those movesets are terrible. Never double up on any type of attack. (Bite AND Crunch?... Terrible)

You know theres a thread for this...

Wrong section... But W/E. A Mod will move it. Next time, post this in the Strategies and Movesets board.

And your team is ok for in-game, but bad overall. Lots of wasted TMs, but don't worry; you can get some of them from the Battle Tower after the Elite 4, I'm pretty sure.

Sorry, but that's terrible. Don't double up on ANY type of move.

Any tips on fixing it up...?

EDIT: Oh, there's a board for this? I didn't know... Sorry...

Teach them tm's that are super effective against their weaknesses

Yeah. Use the better of two of the same type moves. For example, Crunch has a much higher base damage than bite, so use that.

I can teach Grassknot to my empoleon, would that be a good choice? I have to work out new move sets. I'm horrible at this.

Grassknot is a good choice for Empoleon. Personally, I'd advise you pretty much reset most of the team if you can.
Edit: Wait a second. What would you use Grassknot for, it's a water type and can pretty much kill anything grass can. Eh, I'm tired, sorry.

Note: Actually the Strategies board is for Lv. 100 Pokemon only.

Staraptor:
- Aerial Ace
- Endeavor
- Quick Attack
- Close Combat

Aerial Ace ignores modifiers, so it always hits. Endeavor is for when Staraptor is near-death and it is used as a trump card move to bring down the opponent's HP to the same level, which I found useful in the fighting gym. Quick Attack is nice because it hits first so you can use it after Endeavor, and Close Combat is nice if you're in a bind. Later you can replace Aerial Ace with Brave Bird if you wish, but Brave Bird has recoil.

Purugly:
- Hypnosis
- Attract
- Slash
- Dream Eater

This thing is just plain horrible. This was the best I could do with it, perhaps someone else can assist me. Attract is awesome if you're facing an opposite gender'd opponent because half of the time he/she won't be able to attack. Hypnosis and Dream Eater are useful because Hypnosis is just plain annoying and Dream Eater recovers health from sleeping opponents. Slash has a high critical-hit ratio and can be used on hypnotized opponents when Purugly has full health. My advice - ditch the Purugly and get a Machoke, a Graveller, pretty much anything else.

Thanks for the tips. ^^ I think I will ditch the purugly, but maybe not a machoke, graveller doesn't sound too bad... TT-TT Machoke is one of my least favorite pokemon, so I'd not want to get that... Would a lucario be good?

Lucario is ****ing amazing. Get it.

Here's a reccomendation:

Lucario (Inner Focus) @ Leftovers
- Close Combat
- Cross Chop
- Swords Dance
- Return

Swords Dance up, then use Cross Chop or Return. Close Combat is for when you're in a bind. Does anyone know of a better moveset than this?
