Adamant for duskull and Bold for happiny...

Why adament? He is a special tank or annoyer so why adament?

Duskclops: Sassy, any special defense + nature
Happiny: Same as Dusclops.

Is mild ok? Because it pretty much only takes heavy damage from sp attacks.

Yeah so its moveset (I mean Dusknoir's) would be:
Toxic
Imprison (So other pokemomn can't use toxic)
Will-o-wisp
Protect/Shadow Claw

If it know Protect, then a Careful/Calm Nature. If it knows Shadow Claw, then Adamant Nature...

Hmmm.. But you couldn't use will-o-wisp and toic at the same time. I think I will change will-o-wisp to ice beam and shadow claw into dark pulse or shadow ball.

How do you find out what nature is good for what pokemon?

This reminds me of those coca cola commercials that say something like, "More Taste!" Depending on what you want to accomplish with your pokemon will determine what nature it needs.

You need to know which role your pokemon is gonna fulfill before asking for natures, so post what set you're intending on using next time
