Need Help With Turn Back Cave!!!

I reallly need help in this place i can get in and out fine but exploring its a pain does anybody know the correct way to go(its like lost cave but way harder). if you want to know where it is its below vielstone city and on route 214 you have to follow spring path then youll end up on something like send off path.The pokemon here are lvl 50+s so be prepaired. YOU NEED ROCK CLIMB TO PASS SEND OFF PATH, ALSO ROCK SMASH IS NOT NEEDED BUT WILL HELP! once your in the cave,temple,shrine thing the pokemon are lvl 50-65 from what ive seen. theres a pond infront of the cave thing so if you want you can bring a surfing pokemon. Do not forget a pokemon with fly,and ESCAPE ROPES WONT WORK. So all you have to do is go back and forth throgh any 1 door and youll be at the beggining room.

here is what i did. (bring a pokemon with rock smash and rock climb.)

vey simple, just kepp going straight up, left, and right in random order. i did this and got to giratina in like 5 minutes.

P.S. you may want to bring max repels, but the wild pokemons level tells you where you are. if they are lv. 50ish, you are far from giratina. 60ish, very close. 55ish, somewhere in middle.

I got to Giratina about two and a half minutes. And after catching him, if you go back to where he was, every time you enter that room, an expensive item is laid there, every time you enter the room. i.e. Rare bone, stardust, ect.

Oh, and if you go in a certain room twice in a row, choose a different path. :)
