My question is how do you only have two pkm? Lol. Anyways some people played all day for the first week or more. I only played for 5 straight and then got bored and play at random times..

Those who are extremely obsessed (ahem dedicated) are easily able to train to lv100 by now and get most of the legendaries. But probably if all of their pokemon are lv100 and shiny and if they have all the legendaries (even the ones from events that havent happened yet) then they most likely used an AR or cheated somehow.

Well, we lied, we steal, we cheated. No, no, just kidding, that was an old wrestling line from Eddie Guerrero. We just played like shred business people/sporting coaches and pulled off deals. Like myself, I pulled off some gems in getting a Japanese Glameow for a Quagsire, i scored a shiny torchic (Sorry, no trades at all for the Torchic), and I saved on Pokemon imports by requesting trades and offering good Pokemon.
THe parts that took too long were securing contest items, winning the entire contest, and passing on EXP Share when I really wanted a Lucky Egg. Now...before I take my Pearl Journey, I am importing many Lucky Eggs and sharing between DIamond and Pearl for myself so that the journey is quicker with Lucky Egg instead of EXP share.

It's called addiction... It's a disease most gamers our age face. But also, most cheaters like the ones you may or may not be talking about use action replay or gameshark to cheat their way through the game.

oh i only have 2 pokemons because the other ones that you catch about 1/2 through the game bite and i dont wanna raise them and waste my time since ill ditch em later... (ex: bidoof, starly, etc...)

By the way, I hope that your trainer card is not for real. Cuz if it was, that would be really, really sad...

I know what you mean. I just barely beat the Elite Four.
People who get extrememly focused and who love this game will play it like crazy. They'll keep playing until they need to get some sleep, or their eyes are burning. While somebody like you or me might only play a few hours everyday, slowly beating the game. I guess it just depends on how dedicated you are.

I can't help being good. That's how I roll. XD
/Makes note to never say that again/
The game is pretty short. But it has lot'sa extras to do.
Some people take more time to EV train, etc, though.

EV training would be a bit worthwhile for me if all the competitions weren't only in the Western half of the United States and New York.

Um, I would just like to point out that the game has been out for a month in America. It's been out for 6 months in Japan. That was the point of the lv. 100 modifier aside from putting a fun new spin on head to head battles. So that if someone in America played someone in Japan, they would have an equal chance even if they hadn't had time to play all that much.

Thanks for the offer but actually I started over because I felt I had rushed through the game and this time wanted to take my time on it. I'm also switching back and forth between my LeafGreen and Sapphire so I get a chance to play all not just one. I still have my Palkia and Jirachi and other Pokemon from my previous file though.

I remember on RS at least, I was so obessed, I didn't sleep a couple of nights. I didn't necessary play the game 24 hours straight, but I was so obsessed in meeting a goal, I foregone sleep. I was playing upwords to 7:45am and that's when I got tired, but only slept for like 2 hours and went back to playing the game. On DIamond, if I go somewhere or even use the bathroom, I'm always watering my berries.

I beat the game twice.
One in one week, due to school.
Three Days, long naps. Long naps.

I've had the game since wednesday and I've racked up about 18 hours already. I'll be at work 12 hours a day today, tomorrow and Sunday though, so I doubt I'll be clocking up anymore hours over the next few days. Stupid "No computer game" work policy...
At least I get full net access so I can talk to you guys all day. Bwahahaha!
