3) Be patient, people will answer in time if you give them time.
Edit:

Baton Pass / Taunt
If you do EVs and natures then:
252 HP, 129 Defense, 129 Special Defense
Careful nature

Yes he is an awesome tank and annoyer.
Rest: Get at Game Corner in Veilstone for 6,000 coins.
Toxic: On Route 212
Mean Look: Umbreon learns it at level 57.
Baton Pass: Forgot but Confuse Ray is also very good (Learns CR at level 30).

Well, your main type weakness is Fighting. Porygon-z, Lapras, and Umbreon are weak to them, so I would say a ground type would be perfect for your team because two of your pokemon are weak to electric (Crobat,Lapras) so flying is out, so I think a Ground type is really good for you.
Maybe:
Gachomp-
Earthquake
Dragon Rush / dragon Claw
Swords Dance
Rock Slide / Crunch
Rampardos- (If you have Diamond / Wifi)
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Stone Edge
Zen Headbutt
I personally would go with Rampardos because he has the best ,non-legenday, attack stat in the game.

Toxic is west of Pastoria City.Look at the very bottom, right before Pastoria, right before the mud and it should be there.

If you're going to use Rampardos (one of my favorites), you need to do this:
Adamant nature
252 EVs Atk, 252 EVs Spd, 4 EVs HP
Item: Choice Scarf (Only lets you use one move until you faint or switch out, but your Speed is multiplied by 1.5)
Earthquake
Head Smash (If you don't like recoil, go with Stone Edge)
Pursuit
Zen Headbutt

But Ramperous is very Slow and can die Easily.
Its lke Sharpedo, but sure its way better than that stupid shark pokemon.
But still I wouldnt pick Ramperous.
I would pick a Flygon or Garchomp.

That's why you use the Choice Scarf.

Item: Choice Scarf (Only lets you use one move until you faint or switch out, but your Speed is multiplied by 1.5)
Actually, it multiplies attack by 1.5, not speed.
Edit: Muku- It is right after the grass, right before the mud, in the bottom-left corner.

Yea I love flygon :)

No, that's Choice Band that multiplies Attack.
Choice Scarf multiplies Speed, while Choice Specs multiplies Sp. Atk.
I'm surprised and disappointed that you didn't know that. :eh:

well in all honesty I'm quite disappointed in everybody that has up to this point replied in this thread.
Unless you have solid advice (which most of you don't) don't reply, your only clogging the threads.

In all honesty I'm quite disappointed in someone with over 2,000 posts for spamming with the above quote. Especially for posting advice that will only get ignored, advice you should know will get ignored.

LOL. I'm a hell of a lot smarter with the mechanics of the game that people would normally give me credit for.
And it was only a slip-up on Bloody TC's part... The guy is quite smart with Pokemon.

There was no arguing abound. Merely the discussion and figuring of uses for certain items.
Anyways... What else do you need help on?
