Nope. If you want something good, try the evolved form of Gible.

Actually, it's a pretty awesome pokemon. With the ability Klutz, and the move Switcheroo, it switches items like Choice Scarfs or Lagging tails. And plus, it can actually cover a couple pokes. Mine knows Sky Uppercut, Switcheroo, Quick Attack, and Return

That is correct. Also, Lopunny can learn the elemental punches, and is pretty fast.

It really depends how you use it. It works more like a support pokemon than a direct attacker. You have the basic Fling and Switcheroo to work with it's ability Klutz. All the elemental punches are available for coverage and a few support moves like Thunderwave, Healing wish etc. It's my starter to screw opponents with a switcheroo of a flame orb.
