Team ain't bad, but you could evolve Pichu to Pikachu now. I don't have Metal Scyther and my team now is:
Combusken lv. 27 (Fire Spin = ow!)
Bayleef lv. 25 (waiting for evolution)
Lapras lv. 28 (powerhouse)
Areodactyl lv. 28 (powerhouse)
Dratini lv. 25 (waiting for evolution - weakest)
Machop (uh... 2nd weakling)

And I used a cheat so I defeated Flannery by using Lapras and Areodactyl (no revives!)

Yes! I healed and attacked at the same turn (works 90% of the time) using this mega cheat! I defeated lv. 50's with this now! Check me out! (see below for username)

Dratini lv. 28 vs. Shiny Squirtle lv. 50
1 HP 120 HP

I use an item and when it says Please Wait... I click on the Attack button immediately! The foe gets damage and you heal!!! I evolved Dratini that way!

It's not a cheat. It's one of many perfectly legit "training accounts" one member made to help people train their Pokemon faster. Battle Zedjafire to help train fire Pokemon, Zedjaelectric for electric Pokemon...and so forth.
