How many stars? Rumor about Deoxys

I heard that you need 5 stars to get some event at the Mossdeep Space Center, like have the chance to catch Deoxys, but I'm quite sure that's false, just like how false false swipe is, lol.

1. Beat the Elite 4
2. Collect all 200 pokemon
3. Win 100 battles at Battle Tower
4. Collect all 5 paintings at the Museum in Lilycove
5. And something else, i forgot.

And whats with the guy at the Space Center counting the launches every week? Is there something thats supposed to happen after 52 week?

How many stars have you gotten? I have 2 stars, 1 and 2 on the list. The others are hard to get, lol.

#5 is finding the 70th Trainer's Eyes Trainer. That doesn't exist, though. It was a mistake that Gamefrak miscounted. At least that's what I heard............

You can't go to Orre in Emerald*....

And the stars are for...
1) Beat the Elite Four
2) Catch the first 200 pokemon
3) Win 50 battles at the battle tower in a row
4) Get five of your pokemon painted in the Museum
5) THERE IS NO FIFTH STAR

btw, in Sapphire I have all four stars, nothing happens

I find that VERY hard to believe. There is no fifth star currently, so there is no way you can have that star. Please explain.
