ok guys i always find legendaries but one thing confuses me... WHY ARENT THEY EVER SPECIAL??? by special i mean shiny, ghostly, dark or metallic. Please answer.

Legendaries can be dark, shiny, or in any other form. They are just super rare, and are only uncommon Pokemon to trainers who have gotten all of their badges and have battled the Elite 4. You just need to look hard, the most common special legendary is a Shiny Latias, but really that's about it. :happy:
