Most of "The Best People" train their Pokemon to level 100.
It's all your choice, but I'm just saying.

Well, it's a really that, well simple thing. I don't want people to have juiced up pokemon like pokemon with stats like speed: 374, or something.

Do you know why nobody has signed up? Because your rules are weird. All good people either use lv. 100s or use 100 battle mode. Nobody uses 5 pokemon. Manipulating the rules like this would prove nothing is somebody lost to you, because no-one could use their best teams. Sorry, but because your good at playing by your own rules doesn't make you good.
Sorry if it sounds like flaming, but try a battling style other people like(ex. 3v3, 6v6, 4v4 double) and with rules people like (Like wi-fi's lv. 100 option)

I was going to do that. Of course they keep their stats. Right?

No, lv. 100 boosts their stats to what they would be if they were rare-candied to level 100.

Well, rare candied is fine. HEck, I rare candied nearly all my pokemon on my ruby.
