Help on Finding Snorunt

How can I find Snorunt I have looked in Shoal Cave and I didnt see him there if you know that he is else where please tell me and if he is there then can you please tell me where in shoal cave and what time. Please and Thank you.

Snorunt is a rare little fella, and is only found at the very bottom of shoal cave, in the icy area (where the entire ground is a shade of blue)

You can only get there at low tide, gotta wait for that.

Once you are there, you can catch the almighty Snorunt!
