pokemon fanatics! read this!

hi there! u must be a fanatic with pokemon, aren't you? like me im an avid fan of pokemon since its first realese pokemon red/blue versions... now, the problem, my cartrige in pokemon sapphire has really really big problem and not me... hehehe... but it affects me a lot coz all the hardships and effort of catching alot is very very tiring, the problem is every time i remove and turned off my game, my game was already deleted... it says on the screen after i pushed start button... "the game can be played"... does anyone who has the same problem? ofcourse i saved it before i turned off and remove the pokemon sapphire cartrige... i really really need your help guys... please... whats the best solution of this...

Do you use a Gameshark? I hear that it causes problems like that.

My original Blue version has a problem that I can only play it on my Ice Blue Gameboy Pocket. If I play it on any other GBs and then try to play it on the Ice Blue one, it just says new Game and can't be continuted. If i stay on the Ice Blue GB Pokcet, it's fine and normal. I'm just mentioning this since it's a similar problem. I can't fix neither your's or mine.

Note: The Ice Blue Gameboy Pocket was just a Special Limited Edition thing, if anybody was wondering what it was.

1) Pirated copy of game. My Ruby's pirated too, and it does the same thing.

2) Damaged catridge. If you leave your cartridge in a dirty place for too long, eventually it'll spoil. Don't let water or dust get into your catridges, keep it in the box when its not in the GBA.

3) Gameshark/Action Replay/Other Cheating Devices. Causes problems at times. Hmm.

Yeah, basically, your game is screwed, probably due to some sort of cheating device or it may be an import or something.

The best thing to do would be to either have it replaced, or crushed into a small cube.
