round 1 pairings/rules for the "apathetic cup"

The apathetic cup, named as such because it was born out of apathy, is now in session.

Rules

-The following clauses must be in effect:
sleep clause
freeze clause
battle timeout
ohkos must be limited to one use per match, not including metronome or countering another ohko
apply pp ups(optional)
allow spectators

The following are banned:

all ubers- rayquasa, kyogre, groudon, mew2, mew, lugia, ho-oh, jirachi, deoxys.
bliss-skarm combo, wobbufett(who wants wobby vs wobby?) suicine/raikous with calm mind.

the following pokes and/or combos are restricted(limit one per team):
the regis, celebi, curselax, blissey, TTar, metagross, the dogs(raikou, suicine, entei), the birds(zapdos, moltres, articuno)

all parings were done via the ultimate randomizer...well basically I had an impartial(my little bro) pull names out of a hat XD..well here you go, good luck. You have until october 17th to get yer battles done, if you have any problems getting them done PM me and I'll work around you. Im going to try my best not to d/q anybody becasue of time constraints so the deadline is actually more of a guideline.
