I'm looking for pokemon that are weak(or just normal) against grass, and give attack EVs. What pokemon have those?

Seaking and Gyarados. You can find them by fishing with Super Rod at Twinleaf town. They give 2 each.

Seaking would be the better of the two, since it'll take super effective damage while Gyarados wont.

When the exclamation mark comes over the player's head just hit A.
Much easier than in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, though it was never hard.
