Is my Dialgas Attack good?

Ok my Dialga is at LVL 69 its attack is 251 is that good for its Level?

Why would u care about attack, you should care about sp. attack, and we need to know its nature IVs and EVs.

First of all, you need to tell us all of the specifications, like IV's and EVs.

Second, you need to tell us the movepool. What are the moves? If you don't have any Physical moves, you don't need a good Attack stat.

Iv attached a power bracer and i ve ben slaughtering weepinbells ariados and any other pokemon that give effort values in attack

Ok do u know the total of EVs you got? And you should've wasted those EVs in sp. attack.

Well i think its 252 in attack because i got a plus 34 in attack

Ok just checked on a stat calculator for you, if u really got 252 EVs in attack then your IV is 22, not bad. By the time you reach level 100 your attack should be 363, just 9 points shy of his max.
