The only thing I know of like that is in XD Gale of Darkness, where you can buy Colognes. If this is what she means, then it's in the wrong forum. But you can buy them in the city with the big tree in it...

I have the Diamond game, I DO have XD and know what it is like, there are scents called Colognes, but I mean in the DS Diamond game.

Yeah, there are no scents within Diamond...
Seean Scent is only available in XD in the Mart where they sell Colognes.
