Well I can tell you one thing. It's legal. Why don't you try going to www.pokegym.net. You might be able to get better help there. There are more people there that even play modified.

I dont think Pokemon Elite 2000 would like you redirecting its members. If you dont have any advice about his deck then dont post

Anyway welcome here "The Blue Kim" ,pretty good deck. I give it a 7/10
Here is some of my advice
I would add another oddish, and get rid of the arbok and ekans. Not to sure why you have the lanette's net search in there but It isn't doing any harm. I think it is great how you added the energy removals to your deck. Nice deck with a funny spin. :razz:

This deck is alright, all you need to do is start with Dunsparce and work from there. Strike and Run for a Sneasel Ex, Oddish, Dark Celebi...and then switch with Dark Celebi. Use Dark Celebi's attack to power up Sneasel Ex faster than usual. Then when its ready for action, bring it out to destroy. Keep it alive with Bellossom PokePower...there ya go. :)

I can see your main focus is on Bellossom,but that is not the best Pokemon to be focusing on.If your gonna have a normal/grass deck,i suggest you add some pokemon with power,cause a nd stage pokemon can probably take down your deck without looking XD.
