Do it right away,the lower the level,is better of course XD,but you wanna have the pokeblocks first so when you catch it,the excitement doesn't kill you XD.

Oh,and you want to use high level Indigo blocks.Easiest way to make them is with the pamtre berry(warning grows very slow)

I´ve caught a Feebas, gave him blue pokeblocks until he doesn´t eat anymore and has all the stars around him, probably meaning is beauty is maxed, but still it doesn´t evolve.

Do I need to put him a few levels up and having him in my party for some time?

Do I need to put him a few levels up and having him in my party for some time? You have to actually MAX out his beauty, not max out how much he can eat. You have to get it's Beauty points to 180 or higher.

Do you see the little lines on all the Cool Tough etc. meters? You have to get beauty to the end or over the end of that line. (I think :eh:)

In lilycove they come out at level 11 or 12...

This one's pretty good. Yah, I raised a bunch of pamtre berries (I have about 100 of them now) and made pokeblocks from them. Worked fine.

This guy lists several berry options, and obviously thinks people like me (pamtre farmers) are brain damaged -- but hey, I can stand to water berries a couple times a day -- it's not like Harvest Moon or something :rolleyes:
