Ya know, I see all these people with legends, but where do they get them? A little help would be nice ^^

You have to first beat all the gyms and elites from all the regions. If there is a new region like Sinnoh coming out when you already beat all the others from the other 3 regions, you also have to beat the new region, or else the legends won't appear anymore. Once you did that, the legendaries will appear randomly in the wild. Also, you can't have more than one legendaries in your box.
