The Search for Defense EVs

Currently I'm raising an Umbreon and want to to EV train it for Defense and Special Defense (as well as a little HP for what's left). I got the EVs for my Special Defense so my question is, where's the best place to EV training for Defense?

I reccomend diving outside Sootopolis.

Clamperl give 1 DEF EV, and Relincanth give 1 DEF and 1 ATK EV.

Defense is the most annoying EV to train, IMO, but that's the place I usually do it.

No problem...just out of curiousity, who are you EV training in DEF?
