EV-Training?

Since I may need to use the Daycare for other reasons, I need to ask this:

Once you're through EV-training, as in you've filled in all of your EVs, is it safe to train against other trainers in-game and battle wild Pokemon to gain levels? :ermm:

Yes, it is. After your done EV training then the 10 or so stat-boost
every level is gone. After done EV training, training your Pokemon
will go back to normal. :wink:
