i heard that your game file corrupts after one year of gameplay if you cheat. i'm not sure if this is true, my resources are not that reliable

yeah it can corrupt your file and your game GS is not as good as AR and it is cheating because you are getting pokemon the easy way then :rolleyes: also i don't cheat because of what happens to your game.

But doesnt your game file corrupt one year after playing [without cheating] anyway?
Or is corruption different from the berry glitch witch also activates after a year?

Thats what I thought..... No, the the berry program collapses after one year. You have to fix the program by giving the game to Nintendo, buying FR/LG or Colloseum, and fix the program from there. In the instruction books from FR/LG and Colloseum, it tells you how to fix it.
