Can't get to "The Under"

I already read the "read first thread" and did everything that rust listed in there to do. From what I understand, one of the inmates will be sleeping and you get the elevator key off him?

Well, when I go there, they both are awake, standing, and will also talk to me, but won't do anything to give me a key. The chief says he'll update me later when he gets more info. I don't know what else to do, other than battle...

Can someone help me out here? I really want to get to the next city!!!

Did you go to the ??? lab yet? Because you have to first, then you will get an email, head back to the police station and go to the door with the people in it, (you should have a key) open the door and get the key from the sleeping guy :happy: If you want a complete walkthrough Go here (http://faqs.ign.com/articles/492/492622p1.html)
