Well, you can't use double team a trillion times, first off. Second, there's a limit. Moves that use no accuracy, or moves that hit and won't miss will not be affected by Double Team.

Machamp + No Guard hits EVERYTHING. It can Cross Chop a Pokemon that's flying or digging and hit it. Of course, that means the enemy can do that too.
