No. This is not a rant about refs being begged upon by trainers to ref battles. I am referring to how the wages that havent been paid in months. I dunno exactly how long but I do know this needs to change. I dont care someone start doing it, but it needs to happen. and the first time is going to be hard, finding all the money needed to be given out since like two months ago.

Refs have to have an incentive to ref, and money is that, so without it, people dont ref, and people dont battle, and without battling, what is the URPG?

Curtis does the wages willingly(and without pay, you know), it's not time to complain... I was thinking if they could adjust it so that the person who calculate wages gets wages of their own too, like each month 2000 bucks or something, considering the work they must do...

Alright alright ya I understand, you guys work hard, you guys play hard and you deserve your pay. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it, there's nothing Kurtis can do about it (He has a life too). If you want to rant, just send a PM to Lep. He's still alive you know. Remember referees are supposed to be referees because they wanted to, and they stepped up because they want to lend a helping hand, not primarily for monetary earnings, although that is a nice side bonus (I'd never be so rich without it :P). When the RPG first started its few years, refs didn't get paid, they contributed because it made them feel good to help. You guys have basis to complain, but please have some empathy for the people who do the calculating too. Wage Calculators are people too :oops:

about ref wages. i was just about to make a thread asking for a new Ref Wage person. Curtis doesn't want to do it right now.
