Togakiss wont learn searnce grace

i have a modest shiny Togatic with the abilty Searnace Grace, everytime i try to use the shiny stone it learn Hustle which is a realy bad ability for him, what can i do, ive soft rested my game 10 times already and he keeps learn hustle, shouldnt it keep Searnce Grace?

From what I've heard, it's best with Serene Grace, so you should probably just keep trying.

The migrated pokes change abillties when they evolve.

So that means if it has Hustle it will get Serene Grace upon evolving?
