Hyper Beam

on blue/red/yellow this move was awsome and a world beater and it was the same on g/s/c but it seems on Sapphire that it has lost its power....i mean i use it with rayquaza at level 100 on a elite four pokemon and it doesnt kill it, infact it takes half of its hp away....and its the same with all the pokemon i teach it too.....so anyone think the same?

No I have a Metagross level 72 that can beat elite four pokemon with its hyper beam. On red and blue it was such bad graphics I barely ever played

Try using items to raise their attack. I think Hyperbeam is a special attack so trying giving your pokemon that know hyperbeam x special. You can buy them at pokemarts.

Hyper Beam is a Special move in DP. Hyper Beam always sucked though, because you couldn't do anything on the turn after.

yeah i used to love the move and i taught it to all my pokemon but now im having second thoughts about

the only pokemon it is good with is slaking cuz of the special ability truant and becuz of stab

hyper beam is a physical move im fr/lg/r/s/e, but special in d/p, so if u r gonna use it, do it in an physical sweeper for better results

I agree with "it has lost its power". In R/B/Y and G/S/C the sound and graphics were so awesome. But in the GBA games, the look of it makes me sick. And the cool sound is gone too. :sad:

Hyper Beam is a Special move in DP. Hyper Beam always sucked though, because you couldn't do anything on the turn after.

Back in R/B/Y if you killed your opponents pokemon with Hyper Beam, you didn't have to sit the next turn. I don't use Hyper Beam anymore since it doesn't matter if you killed it or not...:tongue:
