you must be realllllllllly new. Shinies are just different colors on a certain pokemon. Each pokemon has a shiny sprite and they are stronger or anything and you don't make them., It's just luck. Natures have to do with the kind of pokemon you have and i don't mean different pokemon. For example Bold Nature = +Defence EVS and -Attack EVs Go look for one of the many guides on them.

Natures raise and lower one stat by 10%

Five are neutral and don't increase or decrease any stat.

-Bold: +Defense, -Attack
-Relaxed: +Defense, -Speed
-Impish: +Defense, -Special Attack
-Lax: +Defense, -Special Defense

-Timid: +Speed, -Attack
-Hasty: +Speed, -Defense
-Jolly: +Speed, -Special Attack
-Naive: +Speed, -Special Defense

-Modest: +Special Attack, -Attack
-Mild: +Special Attack, -Defense

-Rash: +Special Attack, -Special Defense

-Calm: +Special Defense, -Attack
-Gentle: +Special Defense, -Defense
-Sassy: +Special Defense, -Speed
-Careful: +Special Defense, -Special Attack
-------------------------------------------------------
If there are others, that means they have no + or -.

Thats basically it. It all depends on what you want to train your pokemon in. Some natures are just benificial. You will learn more about this as you play more and more of pokemon. This chart though will help you decide what you want. That is why I asked you what nature Charmander you wanted because I wanted to give you a good one.

Lol, I am not that new, I actually played the yellow version of game boy color, then started playing a gameboy advance version I think emerald, I don't remember well, but it had a red gyarados, I had it, so that was the first shinie, BUT I haven't played any other pokemon game since.

Thanks again PRIMEHUNTER and justa nother question:

Each pokemon has a shiny sprite and they are stronger

So shinies are stronger or not?

thanks,

LC.
