i think XD can, not sure about others. cause i heard someone purified a shiny growlithe in XD.

PBR: yes because if your lucky you can get a Shiny Pikachu/Electivire/Magmotar.

PBR: Maybe, we already know that you can't get a Shiny PBR Pika because it's always the same nature and gender, so that probably means same IVs and same Shinyness values as well; about Electivire and Magmortar, I guess nobody really knows about them, though, since Serebii's the only one who knows how to get them
