Fire Red or Leaf Green?

I'm getting Fire Red simply because I like Charizard better, and I prefer that color over green.

I'll be getting them both. It'll be nice to finally get the old pokemon and plus that's two more game files to have fun with. Even though it would just be cheaper to get a GS/AR/whatever than buy two more games I still want to experience the games first hand. I'll probably buy a GS/AR one day though. (There's not enough TMs!)

I don't think it's official yet. If it has already been relased in Japan, I won't be surprised if Nintendo makes an announcement one of these days along with the official release date.

Also, I'm content with my FireRed, although I do like some of LeafGreen's exclusives way more.
