GIF Animator Programs

I'm looking for a good GIF animator. I also need it to be Freeware, because I don't have the money to buy programs.

I was using a trial of Zoner 5 GIF animator, but that's over now.

So can anyone give me a suggestion of a program, or the URL of a program, preferably shareware?
