Can you get a metal coat in r/s? Where is it?

according to Bulbapedia:

New Mauville, found on some wild Magnemite and Magneton (R/S/E)

You know where that is? It's under the bike path, South of Mauville.

you'll also need thief or snatch, i'm afraid.

Aw, I read on psypokes, it only appears 5% of the time on magnemites and magnetons. :sad:

Linoone learns Covet and Mightyena learns Thief and Kadabra learns Trick so that should be helpful.

you can also move tutor slaking (or hold slakoth to 31) for covet
