Any difference between:

Sea Incense & Mystic Water in the water-boosting sense?

Lax Incense & Brightpowder in the accuracy-lowering sense?

Where can I get a Leftovers, other than the one in Battle Frontier?

Sea Incense - increases water moves' power by 5%

Mystic Water - increases water moves' power by 10%

I'm not so sure about Lax Incense & Bright Powder, but I think Bright Powder is superior to Lax incense.

Sea Incense is needed for breeding Azuril.(let the mother hold it)
Lax, well, I don't remember...

You can find Leftovers in the ship SS<was it Anne or Tidal?>, bottom floor inside the trash can.
