I have experienced this a few times:

1. When Poochyena used Dig, The Opponent's Earthquake didn't miss.

2. When Swellow flew up high the Opponents Gust didn't miss.

3. When catching Rayquaza it used fly and my Manectric's Thunder didn't miss.

The Opponent didn't use Mind Reader or Lock-On. How is this possible?

Some moves you get hurt double if you are in the air or ground here's a list of them

Dig: Magnitude, Earthquake

Fly: Gust, Thunder

That's all I know.

Flying has 1-3 more though.

Some moves create higher accuracy for other moves. Example: Rain Dance=100% (maybe 99.6%) hit for thunder.

Maybe you were just lucky. Test it when the target uses Double Team and maxes out their Evasion, and as an added bonus, lowers your Accuracy all the way.

That is true. Swift may strike too (I think). But which moves can stike when the opponent uses dive?

That's DP only, though

Anyway, turbo123212321 already answered the question, so there's no need to keep this thread going.
