i just rose them up yesterday and i need reccomendations on thelm

Hmm For Gengar have leftovers as item good move set
Milotic doesnt need Hydrop pump it sucks and u already have surf so like safe gaurd maby and have leftovers with it. Arcanine needs leftovers too and no fire blast it sucks with low accuracy like hydrop pump.

If you want. But Milotic and Arcanine cover both ice and fire type moves. Destiny bond on the other hand may be useful in case of an unbeatable pokemon that milotic or arcanine wouldn't stand a chance.

preetty good just remove archanies iron tail with overheat but it doesnt really matter

Is it possible for you to get a LatiAs and Soul Dew the Item. If so just use that. It PWNs the whole BT.

this is probably a bit late but whatever. never use items like charcoal or mystic water. they give you a 10% raise to the type of item and the only time it would even actually help a bit would be when your doing incredible amounts of damage to begin with. eg. you use fireblast with a charizard. 150 (base power) x 1.5 (stab)= 300 damage then you add the 10% and you only get 330. not the greatest item when you could use something with an effect.

You could actually try Hydro Pump instead of Surf for Milotic.
She's a good tank, and 80% chance to hit for Hydro Pump isn't so bad.
Besides,
Hydro Pump--> 120 * 0.80 = 96
Surf-----------> 95 * 1.00 = 95
As you can see, Hydro Pump is still stronger, in terms of power and accuracy only.
But also take in mind HP only has 5 base PP, whereas Surf has 15.

Iron Tail is Pathetic, so forget it.. and Fire Blast has low accuracy but it can be made Very Useful with the help of a [B]Wide Lens I have tried it on my heatran, it hits 95% of the time.
Furthermore, You need not teach Milotic or any other pokemon the move of the same type (Surf is better than Hydro Pump in terms of reliability)

But you have not taken in consideration the POWER of the moves used.
I was just saying that Hydro Pump is better in terms of power and accuracy only.

No offense, but having 1 miss and one hit has nothing to do with effectiveness.
TWO TURNS:
Hydro Pump has 32% to have 1 miss and 1 hit in two turns. (16% hit-miss; 16% miss-hit)
It also has 64% to have 2 hits; and has 4% to have 2 misses.
32% 120 base damage,
64% 240 base damage,
4% 0 base damage.
(120 * 0.32) + (240 * 0.64) + (0 * 0.04) = 38.4 + 153.6 + 0 = 192
Surf has 0% to have 1 miss and 1 hit in two turns.
It also has 100% to have 2 hits; and has 0% to have 2 misses.
0% 0 base damage
100% 190 base damage
0% 0 base damage.
(0 * 0.00) + (190 * 1.00) + (0 * 0.00) = 0 + 190 + 0 = 190
Hydro Pump has 80% chance of hitting, meaning it STILL has 80% chance of hitting the second time.
Surf has 100% chance to hit once, and twice.
As you can see, Hydro Pump is better in terms of power and accuracy
The product means how the base damages would be distributed through the turns. (in this case, 2 turns)
PS: Please define Homogeneity in terms of statistics, if you wouldn't mind.

for Battle pike strategy, it works... FOR LUCY: psychic on seviper, thunderbolt on Milotic, and surf or hydro pump on shuckle...

preetty good just remove archanies iron tail with overheat but it doesnt really matter
ARE YOU NUTS?Overheat is powerful but it lower your sp. atk to a point that it almost doesnt do damage.
