I need a moveset for a Relaxed Blastoise with no egg moves.
Edit: More importantly, I need an EV spread.

The only problem i see with this set is that if you use rest you allow the oponnant to bring in an electric pokemon and KO it.

You should drop rest or Waterfall for Gyro Ball.

I was worried about that, but Blastoise can survive at least 2 Electric attacks...

Yeah probably Rest. Gyro Ball would be good.

Ok, i put in gengar. My gengar uses thunderbolt. With a max sp.def blastoise it would do 170 damage. I don't think it can take two of those unless you have max hp and sp.def blastoise.

You could give it Iron ball... but then again, that would only be good if you have Aqua Jet...
