Even if I'm a noob at competitive battling, I'll try to rate anyway. But I'm not a professional. Remember that.

Milotic: Good EVs! Since Hail isn't in there, I suggest Ice Beam. You'll be very annoyed if you are trying to take down a decent dragon. I'd use Rest and Sleep Talk, though a Lapras with the ability that lets it gain health by water moves would be dangerous to you. Especially if they know Rain Dance and Thunder.

Gardevoir: Good enough. Can't think of anything else to say. Calm mind for boost, Psychic for STAB, Shadow Ball for darks, and grass knot for... I don't know. The dark type moves I'm looking at are Physical/or status, so I can only say Thief... Which sucks for Gardevoir, unless you get good item from them.

Glalie: EV whatever stats best suit it to you. I'm trying to see their base stats, but my computer won't show, so I'll just say that. Spikes to help your team, obviosly, ice shard/ice fang for STAB, Explosion as a very strong finishing move when your health is low, and earthquake for the fires. Nice!

Miltank: That's good. I suggest Return if your Miltank is at max happiness, because it will be stronger the Body Slam.

Charizard: Flamethrower + Aerial Ace for STAB. But maybe it should have been EV'd in Sp. Attk and Attk? But I'm a noob so... Roost is good, and focus blast for the dangerous rock types. Though it'll take damage against you, at least it's over with. Maybe some sort of healing/boosting berry when you use focus blast?

Sunflora: Leech Seed annoys, so that's great! Then get rid of Worry Seed (I don't see it's potential in a battle), and put Sunny Day, so you can Solar Beam. I don't know if Sunflora has a high enough defence/HP for Growth, so I guess I'll say Sludge Bomb since it's a Special Attacker.

The Pokemon in your team are... well... not the best... And the movesets could you s bit of work.

Milotic@Flame Orb (Marvel Scale)
Bold (252 HP, 128 Sp. Atk, 128 Sp. Def) (I know this EV spread is kinda noobish and not "the standard EV spread" but I have logic behind this)
Aqua Ring
Mirror Coat
Ice Beam
Surf

Dragon Pulse would be a good move to put in there, but there isn't much room. For Water and Water/Ice types, you can just use Mirror Coat.

Gardevoir@Focus Sash (Synchronize)
Timid (252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP)
Grass Knot
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Gardevoir simply cannot use Calm Mind, unless you wanna waste your Focus Sash... Besides, with a Base 125 Sp. Atk, and 115 Sp. Def, who needs it?

Glalie@Icy Rock (Ice Body)
Timid (252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP)
Hail
Spikes/Water Pulse (filler)
Shadow Ball
Blizzard

IMO Glalie has a good Special movepool. Better than being physical, with Ice Body.

Miltank@Focus Sash (Scrappy)
Adamant (252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP)
Return
Earthquake
Brick Break
Milk Drink/Heal Bell

Miltank's base stats are just... bad...

Charizard@Salac Berry (Blaze)
Modest (252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP)
Sunny Day
Endure
Dragon Pulse/Solarbeam
Flamethrower

Alright, this is how it works. You use Sunny Day if you're not gonna be KOed in 1 hit, or Endure if you are going to be KOed in 1 hit. Then, use Endure if you used Sunny Day. By now you'll have the Salac Berry boost, and the Blaze boost, and maybe the Sun boost. Use Flamethrower. If you don't want to be stopped by Dragon and Fire types, then put Dragon Pulse in the moveset, otherwise if you want to cover Charizard's weaknesses, put Solarbeam.

Sunflora@Leftovers (Chlorophyll)
Bold (252 Def, 128 HP, 128 Sp. Def)
Ingrain
Leech Seed
Substitute
Grasswhistle

Annoying. Forget the Sp. Atk...

Though you need another physical sweeper on your team... replace Glalie or Gardevoir with a Garchomp or a Gallade (note - Do NOT have both Gardevoir and Gallade on your team).

Not really, I'd say a Physical wall... but yeah Milk Drink, Heal Bell, and some other moves would be good...

I thought that Tanks=Walls. Well, I'm wrong.

A tank is a double wall. Phys and Spec. But a Wall is focused on one defensive stat. I'm pretty sure you know that now... besides instead of wall sometimes I use sponge... Physical Sponge, Special Sponge...

Tanks fight Back.
Mixed Tank is what your looking for.

A wall is something that focuses on only Defense or Sp. Defense. It can take some hits, but can't deal major damage, because most have a low attacking stat. Take Umbreon for Example.

Tanks however, Are too slow to actually go first. They also can take hits, but they can fight back. Take Ryhperior for example.

Timid (252 Sp. Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP)
Grass Knot
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Sorry, but I disagree. :/ How would a base 115 Sp. Def constitute it not being able to use Calm Mind? That's plenty sturdy enough to survive a few special attacks while setting up. But the EV spread needed would be one with a lot more Sp. Def EVs. I do agree that Timid is the better nature though.

Anyways, for sweepers, you'll generally want to put EVs into their main attacking stat. Why 252 HP EVs on Charizard? Give it Air Slash over Aerial Ace, and keep Dragon Pulse.

Cool Kid 94

I said with 115 base you don't NEED to use it.

I said with 115 base you don't NEED to use it.

You might as well use Alakazam for sweeping if you don't want to use a Calm Mind build, since side-by-side he's statistically a much better sweeper on his own.

Milotic needs Leftovers... Rest takes care of status, since Flame Orb isn't that great for her.

Surf/Ice Beam/Rest/Sleep Talk

I also have no idea what you mean when you say Miltank has 'bad' base stats, because they're actually decent. She should have Heal Bell, Milk Drink, stuff like that. She's a nice cleric.

Finally, I have a Gardevoir with Calm Mind, and she's able to OHKO most things after using it once. Some of your suggestions are a bit strange, to be honest.

Somebody Else

Personally thinking of making a Milotic with Surf, Ice Beam, Mirror Coat, Recover, W/Flame Orb. Exploits Marvel Scale but still can recover HP where and when needed. I don't know about Mirror Coat though, maybe use a female with Attract, or Hypnosis...??? How do you breed Hypnosis or Mirror Coat onto it?

Gardevoir rocks with Calm Mind. Keep it. I know I am :P

Oh yeah, I forgot that Resttalking gives a status condition...

Well Miltank's Atk isn't that good for sweeping. I was thinking about it being a cleric, but I wasn't sure about the moves. I learned a lot more in that um... 10 hours...

The only decent attacking move that Miltank has is Seismic Toss.

That much Special Attack is just unnecessary. She needs HP and Defenses to work.
