Regardless of whether it was approved yet, everyone is entitled to the beginner set and all of the stats are accounted for, as well as the berries recieved. dude, if you do the pokeblock wrong, you can't use it. And since you ordered a pokeblock with 2 of the same berry in, you can't have it, unless you like very little attributes from it and very high luster(it works this way in the game if you use the same berry in the same blend)
