EVs should be 252 HP / 128 Dfn / 128 SpDfn

And you need more SpDfn imo, so switch to Careful nature

So
I want a Careful Shuckle okay.
It turns Iout I have one but I didn't have a Impish one so good for me.

Okay, the U-turn option is out.
I never did understand that move.

252 HP/ 252 Defense/ 6 SDef
Seismic Toss
Aromatherapy
Softboiled
Thunder wave

Fine

Basic Wall, T-wave to annoy hold down the opponent, Seismic toss for Damage and aromatherapy for team healing.

http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x51/bobo__bucket/i_rampardos.gif
Rampardos
@Choice Scarf
Adamant (+Atk/ -SAtk)
252 Atk/ 204 Spd/ 52 HP
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Pursuit

A little more HP, so it might be able to survive more than one hit. I really like Pursuit though, and I'd much rather use the Choice Scarf than Focus Sash/ Rock Polish. Same basic strategy as CSHera.

Basic physical sweeper.

Shuckle
@Bright Powder / Leftovers
Sassy (+SDef/ -Spd)
252 HP/ 176 Def/ 80 Sdef
Gyro Ball

Rest
Knock Off/Gastro Acid

With its Massive Defenses, it can use disruptive moves like that,though they are situational.

My biggest wall

http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x51/bobo__bucket/i_salamence.gif
Salamence
@Life Orb
Naive(+Spd/ -SDef)
28 Atk/ 228 SAtk/ 252 Spd
Dragon Pulse
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Stone Edge/Brick Break

I like using this Salamence better. More rounded.

Meh, my sweeper

http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x51/bobo__bucket/i_porygon-z.gif
Porygon Z
@Wise Glasses
Timid (+Spd/ -Atk)
252 Spd/ 252 SAtk/ 6 HP
Nasty Plot
Ice Beam
T-Bolt
Tri Attack

Timid so it can beat Garchomp
my Other Sweeper

http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x51/bobo__bucket/i_ninjask.gif
Ninjask
@Focus Sash
Jolly (+Spd/ -SAtk)
252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
X-Scissors
Protect
Baton Pass
Swords Dance

Fine Lead wiht this, though it seems somewhat useless. I'd Drop it for a Bulky Water.

Basic B-Passer

He said a bulky water, so you can use Lapras, Miltoic, or Swampert.

Sleep-Talking Lapras

Lapras@ Leftovers
Bold 252 HP/ 136 Spec. Attack/ 122 Defense
Rest
Sleep Talk
T-Bolt
Ice Beam

Curse-pert

Swampert@ Leftovers
Impish/Careful 252 HP/ Spread the rest between Attack and Defenses
Avlanche

Leman, Rampardos needs all the Speed it can get, because it's base is only 58.
Even with C-Scarf that's only 87 Base.
G-Chomp is 130 and Sala is 100.
Rampardos already has 168 Attack, so Jolly>Adamant.
With RP, he can get 116, and outspeed Sala, it's just he's at 1 HP, but he get's more versatility than C-Scarf.

=/

You dont multiply the base by 1.5, you multiply the acutal speed stat or our mubers are all wrong. This Rampardos get 203 Spd. 203*1.5=304 which beats both Salamence (299) and Garchomp (303). If you use the base then you'll get it all wrong all the time.

Doesn't G-Chomp run Jolly?

Okay, sorry, I didn't know you needed to use the Netral Max Stat.

Swampert (Relaxed) @ Leftovers
240 HP / 212 Def / 56 SpAtk
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock

If your going to replace Ninjask with a Bulky Water, thats probably one of your better options. Makes a great lead. Surf/Waterfall comes down to preference, but I'm personally a fan of Surf. Guy who made the set says Hydro Pump can 2HKO Weezing/Skarm, but I'd take Surf for the PP and accuracy.

But I replaced Ninjask with Lapras not Swampert.
It's the same thing but wrong pokemon.

Cause Slowbro has a high Def, and Slack Off and Slowking does not.
