Sorry to change the topic from Diamond and Pearl, but for the second episode from the first season what did you think about it. I thought it showed Team Rocket as more formidable opponents, though James's voice sounded a bit funny. Again, sorry for changing the flow of the conversation.

I love the first 5 seasons of Pokemon. :) I stop watching the show when May and her brother Max were in it. :x I dont know why but I couldn't stand them and I don't really like the 3rd gen.

And now I watch the show but only the japaness version because the english voices are just ew. :D

I love the first movie! It was amazing. I remember when it came out in movies and Burger King had Pokemon toys and you could buy the gold card with the poke ball. I remember it all. ><

2nd movie was ok and the 3rd was cute.

Pokemon Heroes was pretty good. Love Latios and Latias.

I used Molly Hale in a story: her mother was married to the Pokemon scientist, and then Molly winds up living with her mother and helping her in battles with Sailor Moon. Those were fun stories with her. Her Pokemon pet was a Torchic.

I agree. I think it's partially because of all the voice changes X.X Personally, I didn't like the episodes after the Johto league. They split up the original trio and I didn't take a liking to May and Max.

I wish they could start giving the episodes a more mature feel, if you know what I mean. I know that it's made for young kids, but I think a big percent of Pokemon fans are over 13. That's another reason I stopped watching Pokemon is because I felt too childish watching it =/

Pokemon is NEW right now, they have shown the 2nd episode of the new season, which was James/Gardena trading, though James gave Cacnea to Gardena. You wonder though, will James come back to Gardena's region and see it again?

Right now in Japan's current season what you may see via Serebii is what you get when it's translated. Pokemon is usually shown Thursday nights in Japan on their TV station, and then eventually, the episode comes to America. The only thing redone is dialogue and translation for the English audience. It used to take an entire year to get Pokemon from Japan to us, now it's like close to 4 months later and that's a lot better to get our 52 episode blocks. It's possible the new company that represents Pokemon here in US probably has better technology to get us the episodes faster then the old company.

A few other sites did let you see Pokemon in the entirity from Japan (Minus commercials), but you got to look hard because of so called copyright/piracy crackdowns on releasing an episode BEFORE we or other countries get it.

Next week: Ash and Dawn trade. I hope Ash doesn't flash back to the Butterfree/Ratticate trade he did so long ago! but I'm sure it's going to work out great for both, can't say anymore without spoiling it, or for those who might have seen it via Serebii.

With you on this forum, you probably have internet. Go to Youtube to watch it. I watched it there & I think they gave copyright so it should be there. I'd say it wasn't their best, but it was still good. :happy:

I watched Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea and the other day and I thought I'd share some thoughts.

Compared to other movies, I thought it was a little lackluster until the ending, as there were no real big showdowns or battles of any kind, and the only legendary appearance was Manaphy. It had a slow build and the relationship between it and May grew closer and it was touching to see them together, only to be split apart but then re-united again.

As I said, the last half hour or so was pretty great. Kyogre's appearance was very surprising and I absolutely loved it.

Overall, a decent movie but compared to others it's not one of the best, in my opinion.

Watched the first 6 episodes of Battle Dimension but a lot of the episodes aren't really contributing to the story. You could even say most of the episodes are filler. How many episodes are there that have to do with gym battles, contests, enemies like Team Galactic and the hunter J, stuff on the pokemon league or other important pokemon related episodes? I'm just annoyed at those episodes where the group run into some guy or girl or village that has some problem with their pokemon.

Nothing has been announced yet, nor has anything been listed on the Cartoon Network schedule. If you really want to watch it again, you'll have to buy the DVD, I'm afraid. ^^;

Galactic Battles episodes 14-16 ("pursuing a lofty goal" to "the lonely snover")
Perhaps what i really meant to say was this:
Observations i have made after Galactic Battles episodes 14-16
14: Staraptor looks much bigger in the anime than it does in the game. Either Ash is smaller than 3'11" or the anime height is inconsistant with the game height. As a matter of fact, in the game Staraptor is supposed to be smaller than Pidgeot. However when comparing the size of Pidgeot to the size of Staraptor in the anime, Staraptor dwarfs Pidegeot.
15: When Gliscor is sent to go look for dawn with Staraptor, Staraptor at the end is shown returning to its poke ball and Gliscor isnt, leaving the cliffhanger of whether or not Gliscor returned to its poke ball.
16: I never knew Snover could grow berries and Grotle can grow nuts. I wonder if their evolutions, Abomasnow and Torterra respectively, could do the same. I also noticed the opening theme had changed, it somewhat looks like the theme for the origional episode. Finally, I expected rock climb to look completely different from the way it was debuted. I assumed that it would show the look of take down, but i would have thought gravity would have sent Grotle automatically crashing to the ground before Team Rocket's Balloon was taken out. yet this is a cartoon so i would expect the laws of time and physics to be altered.
